HOME CLEANING

full or partial home cleaning

Homes by AJ offers full and partial home cleaning starting at $25/hr. Only environmentally safe and natural products will be used.

A full house cleaning includes: a full kitchen cleaning; stove - inside and out, microwave, sink, outer cabinet wipe down, outside of fridge wipe down, change hand towel, change trash, shake rugs. Full bathroom cleanings; toilet - inside and out, scrub shower and all fixtures, scrub sinks, wipe counters and cabinets, replace hand towel and any empty paper products, change trash, shake rugs. Floors and baseboards will be cleaned in each room. Each room will be dusted and spot cleaned. 

*$100.00 minimum

A partial house cleaning includes cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen: a full kitchen cleaning; stove - inside and out, microwave, sink, outer cabinet wipe down, outside of fridge wipe down, change trash, replace hand towels and any empty paper products, shake rugs. Full bathroom cleanings; toilet cleaning - inside and out, scrub shower and all fixtures, scrub sinks, wipe counters and cabinets, change trash, replace hand towel and any empty paper products, shake rugs. Floors and baseboards will be cleaned in both kitchen and bathrooms. 

*$75.00 minimum

*Linen changes, laundry, and ironing will be done at client's request.

OFFICE CLEANING

full office cleaning

Homes by AJ offers full office or studio cleaning at $25/hr. Only environmentally safe and natural products will be used.

A full office cleaning includes cleaning office space, restroom, and break-room. 

Office space cleaning: dust and clean all surfaces and decor, clean floors and baseboards, shake rugs, clean all electronics with electronic-safe cleaning products, empty trashes.

Restroom cleaning: clean toilets - inside and out, wipe down sink, empty trash, fill empty toiletries.

Break-room cleaning: wipe down all surfaces, clean fridge, clean sink, fill empty toiletries and paper products, empty trash.

*$50.00 minimum 

EVENT CLEANING

full service cleaning for events

Homes by AJ offers event cleaning for events fewer than 25 people. Event cleaning includes: prior to event cleaning of space, during event maintenance, and after-event clean up. You may choose any or all of these options; you do not have to utilize all three.

Prior to event cleaning starts at $25/hr and includes; clean floor surfaces, dust and wipe down all eating and serving surfaces, clean toilets inside and out, clean sinks, place linens (if applicable). 

​

*Decorating for events will be charged at $35/hr. Decorating consultation required at least one week before event. 

​

​

During-event maintenance starts at $25/hr and includes: taking empty dishes to kitchen (or otherwise designated cleaning area), wiping services, maintaining bathroom cleanliness, refilling napkins and other linens, maintaining floor cleanliness.

*Please note that event cleaning does not include catering. Any additional help requested or needed will be charged at $25/hr per person.

Post event clean-up starts at $25/hr and includes: wipe down all surfaces, remove linens, clean all dishes, wipe down sink and counter, clean toilets inside and out, clean bathroom sink, clean all floor surfaces and rugs, change trashes, remove decorations.

*If linens are owned by customer, they will be washed, dried, ironed, and folded. If they are rented, it is customer's responsibility to return soiled linens to the company from which they are rented.
